Plyometrics, Olympic lifts, balance and stability along high intensity body weight exercises will push your body to the limits while drastically increasing your functional strength and power in any and all sports! These intensive full body workouts will not only improve athletic performance in any and all sports but will also build lean muscle, burn body fat and develop a strong and stable core.
